MCB-CAP is a free, flexible online training program for Californians pursuing careers in behavioral health, community health, and supportive services. Participants build essential workforce skills and earn recognized certifications for in-demand roles, plus a completion bonus. Eligibility requirements apply.

I-CHW is a free, online CA DHCS-compliant Community Health Worker certificate program covering all 11 core competencies, attestation, and fieldwork requirements. Designed for incumbent workers, participants complete 100 hours of self-paced training and receive a $500 completion bonus. Eligibility requirements apply.
